Post-Discharge Service 

Veterans who need assistance with filing your initial claim, a claim that was previously denied, or a claim to increase your current rating for conditions that have become worse. 

 

Services Included:

 

- Review of Service Treatment Records

 

- Review of Department of Veterans Affairs “Rating Decision Letter”

 

- Review of VA Medical Treatment Records

 

- Review of Private Treatment Records (If applicable)

 

- Assistance with obtaining sufficient medical evidence for VA purposes to support your claim

 

- Action Plan. This detailed plan explains how we will reach your benefit goal with the Department of Veterans Affairs along with the list of disabilities you qualify for after an intensive review of medical records.

 

- Document Counseling 

 

- Assistance with completing ALL VA Forms needed for submission of claim 

 

- Assistance with the development, review, and submission of your claim to the Department of Veterans Affairs

 

- Preparation for Compensation and Pension exams

 

- Once awarded benefits, a consultation that explains your Rating Decision Letter and the benefits you are now entitled to. 

 

**$1,250 initial consulting fee + up to $1,250 or 25% of retro pay, whichever is greater once the client has been awarded a new disability rating.
