Active Duty Military

 

The Pre Discharge Program is a joint VA and DOD program that lets you file a claim for disability compensation up to 180 days (6 months) prior to separation or retirement from Active Duty or Full-time National Guard or Reserve Duty.

Coaching Strategy Includes:

 

Personalized “1 on 1” Coaching Sessions

• You'll receive a tailored "Action Plan" that outlines the steps you will need to take to help achieve your benefit goal. 

Gathering Evidence

• After providing your Action Plan, we will guide you through the next steps in gathering the necessary medical evidence to support your claim.

Submitting Your Claim(s)

• Once all necessary evidence is gathered, we will provide you with a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to submit your claim.

Preparing for C&P Exams

• After your claim is submitted, you will receive notification for Compensation and Pension examinations, which are a key part of the process. We will offer a one-on-one coaching session to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Final Rating Coaching

• Upon receiving your rating decision letter, you will have a one-on-one coaching session to help you understand the benefits you are now entitled to.
