Pre-Discharge Service
Active Duty Military
The Pre Discharge Program is a joint VA and DOD program that lets you file a claim for disability compensation up to 180 days (6 months) prior to separation or retirement from Active Duty or Full-time National Guard or Reserve Duty.

You'll receive a tailored "Action Plan" that outlines the steps you will need to take to help achieve your benefit goal.
Gathering Evidence

After providing your Action Plan, we will guide you through the next steps in gathering the necessary medical evidence to support your claim.
Submitting Your Claim(s)

Once all necessary evidence is gathered, we will provide you with a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to submit your claim.
Preparing for C&P Exams

After your claim is submitted, you will receive notification for Compensation and Pension examinations, which are a key part of the process. We will offer a one-on-one coaching session to address any questions or concerns you may have.
Final Rating Coaching

Upon receiving your rating decision letter, you will have a one-on-one coaching session to help you understand the benefits you are now entitled to.
